Citywide street outreach and resource navigation for people experiencing homelessness in Tempe. 24/7 phone line at (480) 350-8004 — primary intake for shelter referrals (including Sue's Espacio), case management, and connection to TCAA / I-HELP / city housing services. Same line reaches CARE 7 24/7 crisis response (dispatched via 911 for domestic violence, accidents, suicides, other traumatic incidents). Email: HOPE@tempe.gov.
